My programming language is my dance partner

My programming language is my dance partner. She is supple, flexible, versatile, graceful, elegant, powerful, agile, and a delight to the eyes. With only the slightest expression on my part, she knows what I intend, and, without question or resistance, moves with me in perfect harmony. When we dance, I know neither frustration nor surprise; every moment brings only joy.

Kareem: Just keep having fun with Ruby. Over time, you improve. It helps to find successful programmers and look at the source code of their work, to see how they solve problems. You could begin browsing at github.

Start small: Rather than trying to accomplish something big all on your own, instead, find a program or library that you like, and then adjust or tweak it slightly.
